A monthly online live workshop space for women. The workshop is for those who are tired of starting over and tired of blaming themselves. They are ready to rethink what “healthy” actually means in this season of life.

When eating feels chaotic, emotional, or harder than it “should” be, the instinct is to clamp down.

In this workshop, we explore why that often makes things worse and what’s really driving the noise.

You’ll leave with a calmer relationship to hunger, fullness, and emotional pull.
